Blog research
During the class, we looked at, analyzed, and presented on some award-winning blogs.
The blog that I chose was called “My New Roots” by Sara B.
She started this blog in October 2007 and has inspired many readers of her blog with her simple and delicious recipes.
She also has cooking classes, so those who are interested in working with her have opportunities to take lessons from her. Because of the influence of COVID-19, she has online classes, but also she has classes in her private house with a limited number of students!
In addition to having lectures and communicating with her students, she also lets blog viewers comment on her blog. If you scroll down, you'll see a comment section, and she sometimes gets back to your comment!
So, in her blog, she introduces many inspirational recipes.
It is easy to find whatever recipe you are looking for because recipes are categorized into 9 sections, Breakfast, Lunch, Main Dish, Salad, Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Raw food.
In each recipe, she includes pictures of each process, so it is very easy to follow.
There is no need to worry if you are doing okay because you can always check and compare with her pictures!
Her blog is conversational, and you will feel like you are cooking with her.
She also writes some of her memories with that dish, which is very heartwarming.

I hope you will take a look at her blog and enjoy cooking with her!
